Some random notes

We are stuffing too much of the stuff at the same time - e.g. project tree, side context, json schemas, file contents - this might and will definitely overwhelm the AI. That's like trying to upload a bunch of 100 page pdfs into gemini and ask it to do smth about it. There should be a better way of handling this.
